Africa Adventure Academy - your helping hand in sustainable and responsible tourism development

Are trade shows relics of the past?

COVID slowly loses its grip on tourism businesses and you have to consider to get your marketing up and running again. Will trade shows have a place in it?

The most important travel trade shows for southern / east Africa have undoubtedly been ITB Berlin (Germany), WTM London (UK) and INDABA Durban (South Africa) as well as WTM Africa in Cape Town (South Africa).

But are trade shows relics of the past or do they deserve their place in tourism marketing? We like to have your opinion on certainly the most controversial marketing decision one can make after COVID. You can submit the following survey anonymously or give your name and email address to enter our lucky draw to win one of five two-year memberships to Africa Adventure.
